Great pho! Best I have had outside of Vietnam and the US. The bun cha gio was solid as well. Fast and pleasant service and a great location on a bustling street.

What’s even better is that they lowered their prices from 15-16€ to 13€! The one thing that I didn’t like about Sinh Ky was the fact that it was quite pricey but now that is no longer an issue.
For anyone looking for a good bowl of Pho for a great price this is easily the No.1 spot. The broth is flavourful, portion size is on the smaller side, noodles and meat are cooked perfectly and it’s just overall very good, not quite stunning, but definitely the best in Aix.
Also I’d like to mention the staff are nice. The view is great outside in picturesque vieux centre of Aix, just awesome here. Highly, highly recommend! You can’t find better in Aix- Wait time

SINH KY is a fantastic spot in Aix! The food is fresh, authentic, and full of flavor, every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared. The staff are warm and welcoming, making the experience even better. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Highly recommended if you’re looking for great Asian cuisine in Aix!

Food was DELICIOUS, good price, and the service was great. It seems like the man was the owner and ran around the whole night trying to help everyone. It is a bit small and tight though, even outside.

Very good Vietnamese food in an authentic setting, surrounded by happy people enjoying their tasty food. Word of advice, the portions are quite big, the starters we got (bun cha and spring rolls) were as big as the mains.

Just visited this Vietnamese place. We got the evening special ‘menu’, the food is so great and fresh. Definitely try the fried apple desert. The owner is a very nice person and cares about his food ands his customers. 100% recommended!

Excellent Vietnamese restaurant. Much better food and service than it looks like from the outside. Don't be fooled. We ate Asian all over the world, and this is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Europe. And with extremely reasonable prices and friendly service, what's not to like? Highly recommended! 👌

Fast and friendly service despite it becoming crowded very quickly after opening. Really enjoyable and tasty meal ( 5 sui mai, 2 stirfy beef dishes, 1 plain rice &1 cantonese fried rice all just under €40….. very reasonable by european standards. Nice amount of fresh vegetables with big amount of beef, rice also generous portion. Would happily go again 2 happy and full Aussies

Delicious beef pho, nems, and lemongrass chicken were superb. The flavors were all really on point. The beef was extremely tender. The chicken was cooked well. Everything was super clean and authentic. There was only 1 server in a packed restaurant and he was very attentive and good at making everyone happy. I will come back again!!
